Refund policy

If something arrives broken, wrong, or short of what you expected, write to us within 30 days and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Unused goods in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Candles, soaps, and other consumable goods need to be unopened and unburned. Digital goods (field guides, printables) can't be returned once delivered, but if a file is broken or isn't what was described, we'll fix it or refund it.

Return shipping is on us when the mistake is ours; otherwise it's on you. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives.

We would rather repair a problem than argue about it. Write first — most things are simpler than a policy page makes them sound.
